Drawing and Sketch Pads

By Prudence Hutt

Top positive review

Very nice quality paper with a good amount of tooth to it. Will work perfectly for graphite, but I imagine they’d work very well for other mediums as well.

The perforation is some of the best I’ve ever seen or used, and I appreciated the obviously well-crafted spiral binding and thick, heavy covers on the front and back. by E. Stafford

So, I like to draw comics in my spare time, and don’t have a lot of money to invest in pro-quality stuff. It’s a hobby, not a profession. However, I am a little partial towards certain kinds of paper and supplies, but my preferred sketchbook brand suddenly went up in price. I decided to try buying paper online. So, when I write this, keep in mind I’m comparing it to sketchbooks I would buy that had the following attributes: medium weight (94 g/m^2), acid free, 11 in X 8.5 in, 70 sheets, with easy tear perforations, a two pocket folder in the front, cardboard backing with a soft cover, paper that is lined up properly when closed, sheets that don’t stick to each other, and a wire binding that is the sames style as these ones. by Anna Chase
